Working Environment and Employee Safety

Joinsoon is conveniently located at Far East World Center and close to U-Town Mall. The basement parking lot utilizes license plate recognition to protect the rights and interests of the employees. Cars and motorcycles registered as company employees can park in the basement parking spaces.
Employee safety is prioritized in the office environment to ensure that employees receive full protection while working.
All electromechanical and fire safety equipments such as fire alarms or fire extinguishers are regularly maintained or repaired to ensure that they are available and in top condition at all times.
The office park management committee where the company is located won the New Taipei City “Excellent Community Active Epidemic Prevention Award” in 2020 and received the “Excellent Fire Prevention Management Measures Site” in 2018 from the National Fire Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
The company promotes occupational safety and health management. Occupational safety and health affair managers are appointed since 2021 to help with the goal of creating zero injuries, zero occupational diseases and zero accidents to create an ideal environment for all employees.
Regular physical health examinations are conducted for employees on a yearly basis so that employees have a clear understanding of their own health. Additionally, the company also provides group insurance for employees to increase their protection at work.
In view of the coronavirus and influenza season, the company regularly conducts disinfection of the environment. Discussion and announcements about safety and health measures are held at monthly meetings.
Hold regular labor-management relations meetings and work with both parties to coordinate and reach a common ground.
The office area is a comfortable open space with a lactation room for female employees to use. Therefore, creating a friendly and healthy workplace environment.
Smoking is prohibited in our office. There are “designated smoking areas” at specific locations for smokers. Smoking areas and non-smoking areas are separated to protect health rights of non-smokers and to also respect smokers to have a suitable place to smoke.
The company follows the occupational safety and health management annual plan and conducts a thorough checkup of physical and chemical hazard properties of each unit (Safety Data Sheet). Additionally, carbon dioxide exposure assessment is carried out every six months to comply with regulatory requirements.Employee training and professional lectures/courses are provided annually to promote employees with continuous self-improvement allowing employees to reach their personal career development. This jointly strengthens employees professionalism and achieve a healthy workplace.
